Jewelry and keychains damaged by everyday use are not returnable, refundable or replaceable. Plated materials are not solid precious metals and are susceptible to oxidation. Your necklace and keychain are special handmade pieces so please take care and enjoy! 

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date you receive your order. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition. Please ship returns in a padded envelope or insulated box. Shipping fees cannot be reimbursed. I can not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit .

Refunds are issued after returned package has been received on my part and tracking shows that it has been delivered. Return funds will be returned to the buyer's account usually within 72 hours and there are no other issues to resolve. Return shipping is paid by the buyer and is also not part of the refund amount due to postage are a transaction between the buyer and USPS, thank you for your understanding.
